Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products

If the product you received is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide photographs of the item and the packaging to help us investigate and process your request smoothly.

Wrong Item Received

In case you’ve received a different product than what you ordered, please let us know within 48 hours. We’ll arrange for a prompt replacement at no additional cost.

Note: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as personal taste preferences.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

Product was damaged or expired upon delivery.

Incorrect product was delivered and replacement is not possible.

Product was lost in transit (confirmed by our delivery partner).

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment. You will be notified via email or SMS once the refund is initiated.

Cancellations

Orders once placed can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Post that, orders go into processing and cannot be canceled.
